1984
  • Incorporated and commenced business as Talasco Computers Sdn Bhd. 
  • Became the sole distributor of Fujitsu computers in Malaysia.
1994
  • Listed on Bursa Malaysia, Second Board under the name of Fujitsu Systems Business (Malaysia) Berhad on 24 October 1994, under the stock counter name of Fujitsu.
2001
  • FSBM diversified its business to sell non-Fujitsu products and services and extended its business outside of Malaysia, resulting in a change in company name to its present name, FSBM Holdings Berhad. 
2010
  • Implementation of an Emergency Command Centre (ECC) and National Disaster Management System (NMDS) project completed.
2020
  • Collaboration with Movingup Mobile, Herbs Cell Nutrition in digitalizing the frozen food and healthcare supplement sector.
