Change of name to Fujitsu Systems Business (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (FSBM).

Accorded the International Reseller of the Year award by Infocorp Computer Solutions Inc., Canada for a consecutive 3rd year.
1995
System Integration Department/ Project Management Unit was established. Secured distributorship agreement with Star Plan Data Systems Inc., US for the sale of Star Plan’s EAGLE tournament and handicapping software to the various gold clubs in Malaysia.
1994
Listed on Bursa Malaysia, Second Board under the name of Fujitsu Systems Business (Malaysia) Berhad on 24 October 1994, under the stock counter name of Fujitsu.
1992
Moved into own building, Fujitsu Plaza along Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya Supplied Amdahl. mainframes to MBF Group and Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia).
1997
FSBM formed its first wholly-owned MSC status company, Collaborative Technology Sdn Bhd (now known as FSBM CTech Sdn Bhd) which was granted 10-year tax-free status.
1998
Awarded the contract by the Government of Malaysia to develop and commission an Electronic Government Flagship Application and the Project Monitoring System (PMS II).
2000
Consolidation of business activities into 4 core business groups namely Solutions Business, Smart Community, Education and Communications & Multimedia.
Change of name from Fujitsu Systems Business (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to FSBM Holdings Berhad
Launch of FSBM’s new logo.

Completed our new corporate headquarters and research & development centre in Cyberjaya.

Concluded contract with country’s largest mobile telecommunications service provider to design, develop and implement eBPP system.

FSBM M2B Sdn Bhd launched its business and corporate training site in Malaysia, called e-learn.com.my.
2005
Emerged as the winner to provide University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) with a Total Hospital Information System (THIS).
2007
UNOS Voice, UNOS Friends, Man You Bao (which is UNOS Voice for the China market ) was launched.

UNOS PRO, UNOS Enterprise Solutions launched.

Implementation of an Emergency Command Centre (ECC) and National Disaster Management System (NMDS) project completed.

FSBM I-Design Sdn Bhd entered into an agreement with Level 01 Technologies Limited for the purpose of designing and developing the front-end & back-end of a Web3 Social Network Application.
